Housing 21 is one of the UK’s leading providers of housing, care and support services for older people. Our aims are to deliver independence, choice and control to our many residents by providing personal care and general daily tasks. We are delighted to be working in partnership with Wulvern Housing to provide care and support within the extra care housing scheme Mill House, Nantwich giving us the opportunity to recruit a new care team.
Home Care Assistants provide personal care and practical support to older people living in the scheme. If you have good communication skills and experience of caring for others this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
